General Informations

Check in/Check out:
Your room/apartment will be ready from 02.00 pm. If you expect to arrive after 4.30 pm, please notify us in advance. We kindly ask you to vacate your room/apartment until 10.00 am.

Breakfast:
daily from 07.30 am to 10.00 am
Our apartment guests can book breakfast additional on site (depending on free capacity). The price is € 18,00 for adults and € 9,00 for children up to 10 years.

Pets:
Pets are allowed on request. The price is € 20,00 per day (without food)

Internet:
Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in all rooms and also in public areas. It is free of charge.

Lift:
Please note that the lift only starts on the first floor, not on the ground floor.

Opening hours Wellness area:
during winter daily from 03.30 to 07.30 pm
during summer on request
Bathrobes can be rented on site for € 7,00

Parking:
Free private parking is available on site (reservation is not needed)

All reservations are subject to Austria's federal hotel guidelines.

Payment:
in cash, Maestro debit card, Credit card: VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard

Cancellation conditions:
Up to 1 month before arrival date: no cancellation fee.
Within 30 days before arrival date 50% of the room price will be charged.
Within 14 days before arrival date 80% of the room price will be charged.
Within 7 days before arrival date 100% of the room price will be charged.
