Reservations: All reservations are subject to Austria's federal hotel guidelines.  The room/apartment you have booked is available for check-in at noon on your arrival day.  If you expect to arrive after 6:00 p.m., we ask that you let us know in advance.  On your departure day, we ask that you check-out of your room/apartment by 10:00 a.m.

Payment: Payment is possible either in cash or by EC-Card.  We do not accept credit cards!

Cancellations: Up to 3 months prior to your schedule arrival, you may cancel (in writing) at no penalty.  In the event of cancellation after this date, we must assess cancellation charges in accordance with Austrian hotel guidelines - these amount to as much as 90% of the expected charges for your stay.
